45 kg of fresh, green East Kent Goldings - picked today, used today.I'd have taken more photos but the pickers are shy and the farmer fierce.

The brew was bang on Brian, I just haven't had much chance to tell or write about it. The place smelled like an oast house, I cried brewers' tears (which surprised me) and now the brew ferments. We're in stasis, awaiting the outcome....
